If you’re in the mood for some great things to do,
and you’re between 11 and 18 come and join us at
TWNYP. The Wednesday Night Youth Project is the
place to spend time with friends, to get involved in
activities, to have fun, to grow and develop new
skills – and to contribute to your local community.
In 2015 we had all manner of challenges and fun. We held a 12-hour overnight stay-awake in aid of the homeless charity Shelter. We all completed the challenge and felt a little of how uncomfortable it is not to be able to have a good night's sleep!! We went kayaking! We met with some gorgeous weather that day – the pictures show some of the fun we had. And we exhausted ourselves on a bouncing trip to Jump Nation. Come and see what else we get up to. We meet every Wednesday during term time at The CORe, age 11 to Year 8 from 6.15-7.30pm and Years 9 to 13 from 7.15-8.30pm. New young people are always welcome! |
